I touched briefly on the subject matter surrounding the just concluded Nigerian Presidential elections and from my numerous conversations with my friends, we realized that "change" is indeed a touchy subject. To some, "change" meant that they didn't mind voting anyone else into power, as long as it was not the former president, President Goodluck Jonathan. So is this really change or are we as a nation just settling? Like I specifically stated in my article "Recycled Leaders", "Nigerians clung unto this fickle promise of change, never minding what kind of "change" this might be,...". Is that where we are now at? Where we leap at every promise of "change?" Taking these elections proceedings as a point of reference or drawing from your own unique experiences, what does "Change" mean to you?
