As seen on StyleMeAfrica. Feb. 6, 2015 Over the next couple of days, I will be posting some #4WaystoWear sets which became exclusive to SMA sometime last year. To see these #4WaystoWear posts as soon as they become available, follow @stylemeafrica and @memkoh on Instagram.
How do you wear your distressed boyfriend jeans? I particularly love these because they are less compressing on the skin than skinny jeans or any other type of jeans. Wearing distressed boyfriend jeans gives off this carefree attitude and oh-so-chic look. It also encourages you to shop in your man's closet (if you have one) or stroll by the men's aisle (if you have none). Enjoy!
Chic: Boyfriend jeans paired with a nice striped long-sleeved top and structured chain bag gives you a really stylish look. If you're daring, skip the overdone black heels for a pair of bright neon pumps and complement it with a nice orange lipstick to keep your outfit bright and happy. If you must use jewelry, go for a necklace that starts out as a choker and dips all the way into the V-neck of the top; it's classy and sultry at the same time. And oh, Vans are also an option.

Cute: Yes, distressed jeans may give off that tough look, but did you know you can still look cute while donning a pair? Simply wear a flared floral print dress over it, a pair of bold drop earrings, pastel colored wallet and white sandals. It's fun and flirty, yet elegant.

Street-Style: Nothing else describes street style more than a pair of boyfriend jeans with a plain white tee (or white engraved tee) , biker jacket, beanie and wait for it...Timberland's. The more expressive your accessories, the better. Rock on!
Tee: H&M || Jeans: Moda Operandi || Jacket: River Island || Shoes: Timberland || Beanie: Deadly Divine || Necklace: Pink Mascara
Daring: Would you dare to wear your boyfriend jeans with a turtleneck sweater layered under an off-shouldered sweatshirt? It's a nice way to layer up for the weather and looks totally killer when a leopard clutch and platform booties are involved.

Bonus Set: Denim on denim is already a huge thing. My take on this has always been dark wash over light wash and vice versa so try this if you haven't before. Also, instead of wearing it with heels, try wearing denim on denim with Timberland's and a fringe cross-body bag.
